 DOROTHEE FRIESE is a "LIFER" in Real Estate. In twenty-five plus years in real estate sales, she has experienced and successfully mastered working in all types of markets; rising, holding or over-saturated. It is easy to sell in a strong market but it takes experience, knowledge, understanding and hard work to manage a market that has some challenges. Dorothee has consistently been a top producer in real estate sales and has co-owned a Real Estate Company with Terry Moore. She has been actively involved in Real Estate Board activities on a local and provincial basis serving as a long term Director, President and as a Provincial Instructor.
Dorothee's clients refer to her as an excellent listener, great negotiator and a diligent agent who pays extra attention to all the details in a real estate transaction.
Her objective has always been to get people from where they are to where they want to go as seamlessly as possible.
TERRY MOORE is committed to the Real Estate profession and her clients. Her teaching background in the public and private school systems initiated her sense of professionalism as well as honed her organizational skills that are required for her high standards of client care. Terry's exceptional listening ability to perceive and precipitate her clients needs and wants assist those clients in making their best buying and selling decisions.
Terry, initially licensed in Real Estate in 1991, swiftly moved to the top of the ranks as the Provincial Realtor of the Year for her International franchise. As is often the case with Top Producers, community involvement is an important factor for Terry and she has served as a Director and Committee member of her local Real Estate Board.
In 1993 Terry and Dorothee teamed up with their own successful Real Estate company and a year later Terry discovered Victoria when receiving a National Award. . . the rest is history!!!!
With an unbridled sense of enthusiasm for Victoria and a passion for her work, Terry works tirelessly to fulfill her clients' Real Estate dreams.

So, here we are, all moved and settled in at our new home. However, it wasn't as simple as it sounds, and we can definitely say that we would not have the home we love without the help of Terry and Dorothee.
We hired them to sell our townhouse in March 2011 . . . a very bad time in the selling market as it turned out. Even after the sale, your support was over and above and I honestly feel that not only are you the best Realtors ever but you are two of the best people I have been lucky enough to meet.
